We acknowledge that shipping times can sometimes be unpredictable. While we strive to dispatch your orders promptly without compromising print quality, unforeseen circumstances such as floods, technical issues, transportation delays, or depot shutdowns may occasionally cause delays.

Order Dispatch:

• Transfer Orders: Typically dispatched within 24-48 hours (1 business day) following artwork approval.
• Garment Orders: Usually dispatched within 7-14 business days from order payment and artwork approval.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: Available Australia-wide, taking between 2-10 business days.
• Express Shipping: Faster delivery via courier or Australia Post Express, depending on your location.

For remote areas, additional time may be required. We will provide a tracking number for your convenience.

Special Requests:

If you require your order by a specific date, please inform us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
