Return Policy of True Blue DTF
2. Eligibility for Return:
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Items that are defective, damaged, or have faulty prints are eligible for return. Approved reprints will not accommodate changes in colour, product type, size, or design.
Colour Accuracy:
Please be aware that all orders are digitally printed onto DTF transfers. Colour perception may vary across different monitors. Our printers utilize a CMYK colour palette. Consequently, we are unable to produce hyper-colour, fluorescent, or metallic designs with digital inks. Refer to our FAQ page for additional tips on artwork and design considerations.
Proofing:
Carefully review and correct any mistakes in your design prior to placing an order. To maintain cost efficiency and offer substantial savings, True Blue DTF staff do not proof customer-created documents. Orders approved and paid for by the customer are considered final, and post-approval changes are not guaranteed to be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the customized nature of printed apparel and promotional products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. Please note:
Sizing Variations:
Sizing may vary between manufacturers and styles. We have no control over colour or shade variations between garments from our suppliers, which may result from different fabrics, dye lots, and other factors.
Tolerances:
- Garment size tolerance: ±2.5 cm
- Print placement tolerance: ±3 cm (vertical and horizontal)
- Print dimension tolerance: ±1 cm
Incorrect Size or Design:
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes or designs provided by the customer. Returns for these reasons are not accepted once the garments are custom printed. We are also not responsible for incorrect files or logos submitted by the customer.
4. Return Process:
Eligibility:
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, contact us at info@dtf.com.au within 14 days of receipt. Provide your invoice number and a detailed description of the issue. Returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping Charges:
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. True Blue DTF does not reimburse return shipping costs.
Return Authorization:
To initiate a return, email us at info@truebluedtf.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Garment(s) to be returned
- Description of the error
- Photo of the garment
If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Include this RA Number prominently on the outside of your return parcel.
